VanDyk Mortgage proudly offers the Short REFI or Short Refinance loan to our clients.  This loan is designed to help folks who owe more than their homes current appraised value refinance into a new fixed rate loan, with our help to negotiate a short payoff with their current lender. 

How it works:   VanDyk Mortgage gets you approved for a new fixed rate mortgage, we help negotiate with your current lender to accept a Short Payoff for the old mortgage lien, and help you into a new safe, secure and affordable loan. 

We will make a new FHA or conventional loan to replace your old loan with a more secure, fixed rate loan.

This program can help people who have ARMs (Adjustable Rate Mortgage), Option ARMs, (pay option ARM), Fixed Rates,  Interest Only, or any other loan that you cannot currently afford, or may not be able to afford when it adjusts in payment.

This program allows late payments on your mortgage, but also works well for folks who have not had any late payments on their mortgage.   Many Banks are unwilling to adjust or modify loans for people who are not delinquent on their payments.    This program can help.
